In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top health and fitness apps on the Android platform in Oceania showcased varying performance trends. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, highlights the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for these leading applications.

MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter experienced a fluctuation in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $53K in mid-October and ending the quarter with a rise to $52K. Its weekly downloads saw an initial increase to around 4.3K in late October before a decline, closing the quarter with a resurgence to 4.5K. Meanwhile, weekly active users showed a general decline, starting at 122K and dropping to 121K by the end of December.

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike had a steady revenue stream, with a notable peak at $49K in the final week of December. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a significant increase to about 7.3K in the last week of the quarter. Active users fluctuated, reaching a high of 262K by the end of December.
