In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top health and fitness apps in Norway showed varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at the top five apps on the Android platform, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike from Strava Inc. saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $9.5K in the last week of December. The downloads fluctuated, starting at 857 in early October and dipping to 299 by mid-December, before rising again to 650 by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, beginning at 53.6K and concluding the quarter at 43.6K.

Lifesum: AI Calorie Counter experienced an end-of-year boost in revenue, climbing to approximately $5.8K in the final week. Download numbers were generally low but surged to 662 at the end of December. Active users saw a decline from 8.1K in early October to 5.8K by year-end.

Fitbit, from Google LLC, maintained a moderate revenue trend with a high of $4.6K in late December. Downloads remained low, with a noticeable uptick to 371 in the week of December 22. Active user numbers began at 7.8K in September, decreasing to 6.3K by the end of December.

MIA Health showed a diverse revenue pattern, peaking at $3.4K in early December. The app witnessed a significant decline in weekly downloads from 2.2K at the start of October to just 58 by mid-December, before rebounding to 1.4K at the end of the quarter.

Flo Ovulation & Period Tracker recorded a steady revenue stream, reaching $3.5K in mid-November. Downloads were fairly consistent, with a slight drop to 259 near Christmas. Active users increased steadily from 10.9K in late September to 13.5K by the end of the quarter.
