Top 5 Food and Drink Apps on Android in Nigeria Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Nigerian market for food and drink apps on Android saw varied performance among the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.

REWE - Supermarkt began the quarter with strong weekly downloads around 29K, but experienced a decline towards the end, reaching just 44 downloads in the final week. Its weekly active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 103.9K in late November before dropping to approximately 48.7K by the end of December.

Chowdeck | Food Delivery maintained a relatively stable download rate, starting with 9.2K downloads and ending with 10.1K. Weekly active users showed slight fluctuations but remained robust, peaking at 345.2K in late November and ending the quarter at 299.7K.

Domino's Pizza Nigeria experienced a significant increase in downloads, starting from just 769 in early October and climbing to 26.4K by the end of December. Active user numbers saw a similar upward trend, growing from 10.2K to nearly 59K.

SAMU - Food Delivery in Abuja had a more erratic download pattern, with numbers ranging from 1.4K to a high of 10.3K. Unfortunately, data on active users was not available for this period.

Finally, My Freezer started with modest downloads of around 2.1K, peaking at 4.5K at the end of the quarter. Active users increased steadily, from 9.9K to over 13K.
