In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Android crime game genre in the Netherlands showcased interesting trends across the top five applications. Here's a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

MadOut 2: Grand Auto Racing experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 3K by the end of December. Weekly revenue showed fluctuations, reaching around $367 in December, while active users increased from 3.7K at the beginning of October to 6.3K by the end of the year.

Lands of Jail demonstrated strong revenue performance, achieving highs of nearly $25K in the week of December 22. However, downloads showed a declining trend, starting at 1.5K in late September and dropping to 854 by year-end. Active users remained relatively stable, around 10K, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.

Thief Puzzle: to pass a level maintained a steady weekly download trend, increasing to 1.8K by the end of December. Despite minimal revenue, active user numbers showed a positive trajectory, ending the quarter with 3.2K.

Prison Master: Escape Journey saw a decline in both downloads and active users, with downloads starting at 4.5K in late September and dwindling to 164 by the end of December. Revenue also decreased significantly over the quarter.

Finally, Prison Life: Idle Game had a steady increase in downloads, reaching 1.8K by the end of the quarter. Revenue remained modest, while active users showed a slight upward trend, ending the year at 36.3K.
