In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top consumer finance apps on Android in Ireland showcased a variety of trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade maintained a consistent download rate, starting at approximately 4.8K downloads per week and gradually declining to around 3K by the end of December. The app's weekly active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at about 1.4M in mid-December before dropping to 1.3M by the quarter's end.

AIB Mobile experienced a variable download pattern, with an initial high of 4.2K downloads in early October, decreasing to roughly 1.4K by late December. Weekly active users showed a slight increase, reaching over 556K in mid-December, before settling at around 544K by the end of the quarter.

bunq saw its downloads peak at 3.6K in mid-October, eventually decreasing to 1.5K by the end of December. Active users started at 18.1K, climbing to a high of 20.2K in mid-November, before falling to 16K by the end of the quarter.

Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking showed a steady decline in downloads, beginning at 1.9K and ending at 1K. The app's active users increased to a high of nearly 399K in early December, with a slight drop to 359K by year's end.

An Post Money had fluctuating downloads, peaking at 2.6K in mid-October and decreasing to 441 by late December. The number of active users followed a downward trend, starting at 27.4K and reducing to 14K by the quarter's close.
