Top Business Finance Apps on Android in the UK: Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top five business finance and business solutions applications on the Android platform in the United Kingdom showed varied performance trends. This analysis is based on data from Sensor Tower.

SumUp: Payments and POS had a fluctuating download pattern, starting at around 5.8K weekly downloads and peaking at over 11.5K in early December before declining towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users for SumUp began at approximately 130K, rose to a peak of 152K in mid-December, and then fell to about 93K by the end of the year.

Square Point of Sale: Payment saw a gradual increase in downloads, climbing from around 2.7K to a peak of 4.3K in the first week of December. Active users increased steadily from about 28.9K to nearly 39.6K before dropping to 27.9K by the quarter's end.

Tide - Business & Finance App experienced a decline in downloads, starting at 4K in early October and falling to about 1K by the end of December. Despite this, weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 125K to 138K throughout the quarter.

Intuit QuickBooks for Business maintained consistent weekly revenue, reaching a high of $16.1K in late October. Downloads varied, peaking at 3K in late October, while active users showed a slight decrease from 25.6K to 19.8K over the quarter.

Lastly, Xero Accounting for business experienced stable revenue, with a notable increase to $2.2K in the final week of December. Downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 1.8K and dropping to 1K by the end of the quarter. Active users, however, saw an increase, reaching over 32K in late October before stabilizing at around 26.8K.
