In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of beauty retail apps on the Android platform in Sweden revealed interesting trends. Data sourced from Sensor Tower highlights the activity of the top five apps in this category.

Lyko saw its weekly downloads range from just under 1K to over 2K, peaking at 2.1K in late November. This period also marked a gradual increase from October, showcasing a growing interest among users.

The RITUALS - Cosmetics app experienced a notable surge in weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter, with numbers climbing from 700 to over 2K by December. Meanwhile, its weekly active users demonstrated a steady increase, rising from 3.3K to approximately 4.5K.

Notino: perfumes and cosmetics experienced fluctuations in its weekly downloads. After an initial drop from 1.1K to around 300 in October, downloads spiked to 1.7K in late November. Active users also showed variability, peaking at 4.7K before settling at about 3.1K by the quarter's end.

For Sephora - Make-up, Beauty, the app's weekly downloads remained relatively modest, hovering between 100 and 500. However, weekly active users remained robust, maintaining a range from 4.4K to 7K throughout the quarter.

Finally, Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics reported lower engagement, with weekly downloads dropping from 118 to just 21 by the end of December. Similarly, active users decreased gradually, ending the quarter at 68.
