In the third quarter of 2025, the MMORPG category in Sweden saw varied performance across the top applications on a unified platform. Here's a closer look at the trends.

Old School RuneScape from Jagex showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $2.3K in early August and again reaching $2.2K by the end of September. Downloads started strong with over 400 in mid-July but gradually declined to around 180 by the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at over 900 and decreasing to about 770.

Diablo Immortal by Blizzard Entertainment experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a significant peak of $16.3K at the beginning of July and another rise to $14.3K in late September. Downloads remained fairly stable around 200-250 weekly, while active users saw a dramatic drop from over 2.3K in early July to just over 100 in early September, before recovering to about 1.5K by the end of September.

Star Equestrian - Horse Ranch by Foxie Ventures LLC maintained a modest revenue stream, with weekly earnings mostly under $300, except for a spike to nearly $400 in late September. Downloads hovered around 150-230 weekly, and active users remained relatively stable around 2.5K throughout the quarter.

Albion Online from Sandbox Interactive GmbH saw weekly revenue fluctuate between $300 and $500, with a slight dip towards the end of the quarter. Downloads showed a downward trend, starting at over 300 and falling to just over 100 by the end of September. Active users decreased from around 470 to below 300 over the quarter.

ATHENA:Blood Twins by EFUN FUSION COMPANY LIMITED experienced a decline in revenue, beginning at $1.5K in late June and dropping to $259 by the end of September. Downloads followed a similar downward trend, starting at over 200 and decreasing to 50. Active users also saw a significant decline from over 200 to just 15 by the end of the quarter.
