In the third quarter of 2024, the MMORPG category on iOS in Germany showcased intriguing dynamics among the top 5 applications. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps exhibited varied trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Diablo Immortal from Blizzard Entertainment demonstrated a mixed performance. Its weekly revenue fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at around $82K in late August, while weekly downloads gradually declined from 1.1K to just over 1K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users saw a consistent decrease from approximately 18.8K to 14.8K.

Shakes and Fidget: Idle RPG by Playa Games GmbH maintained a somewhat stable presence. Weekly revenue experienced notable spikes, reaching $20.4K in late September. Downloads hovered around the 600 mark, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. The game managed to sustain its weekly active user base, ending the quarter with around 9.2K users.
