In the third quarter of 2024, the entertainment app landscape on the Android platform in Denmark showcased intriguing trends. This analysis, sourced from Sensor Tower, highlights the performance of the top five apps in this category.

Max: Stream HBO, TV, & Movies by WarnerMedia Global Digital Services, LLC, experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $37.3K in late August. Weekly downloads showed a general decline, starting at around 6.8K in early July and dropping to just over 5.2K by the end of September. However, weekly active users increased steadily, growing from 18.4K to 27.4K over the quarter.

Disney+ maintained robust weekly revenue, averaging around $59K throughout the quarter, with a slight peak at $59.7K in the last week of September. Downloads were lower, beginning at 1.9K and reaching 2.6K by the quarter's end. Active users remained high, hovering around 120K for most of the quarter.

Amazon Prime Video showed a stable revenue pattern, with a slight increase in the latter half of the quarter, peaking at $12.6K.
