Q2 2024 Performance of Top Android MMORPGs in the US

In the second quarter of 2024, the Android MMORPG landscape in the United States saw varying performance among top titles, with data sourced from Sensor Tower.

Diablo Immortal from Blizzard Entertainment experienced a fluctuation in revenue, peaking at $250K in late April and settling around $224K by the end of June. Downloads for the game showed a mid-quarter spike, reaching over 16K before tapering off to around 10K. Weekly active users initially dipped to 41K in mid-May but recovered to nearly 57K by the quarter's end.

Old School RuneScape by Jagex Games Studio maintained a steady revenue stream, with a notable increase to $66K in the last week of June. The title saw a consistent download rate, averaging around 2K per week, while active users saw a slight increase from 20K to 23K over the quarter.

Wemade Co.'s NIGHT CROWS observed a decrease in revenue from $110K to $24K over the quarter. Downloads were minimal, with the game not registering any new downloads in the first week of June but slightly recovering to 643 by the quarter's end. Active users showed an upward trend, rising from 5.5K to 7.6K.

The Legend of Neverland, published by Ark Games Global, saw a gradual decline in revenue from $66K to $33K. Downloads varied, with a peak of over 9K in mid-April, decreasing to under 3K by late June. Weekly active users peaked at over 50K in mid-April and stabilized to around 41K by the end of the quarter.

Ragnarok Origin: ROO from Gravity Game Vision showed a downtrend in revenue, starting at $174K and falling to $52K. Downloads decreased significantly from 6.7K to 759, while active users experienced a mid-quarter high of 37K before dropping to 29K.
