Q1 2024 Performance of Top MMORPGs on iOS in France

In the first quarter of 2024, the French iOS MMORPG scene saw varied performance among the top five games, with insights provided by Sensor Tower.

DOFUS Touch: World of Twelve, by French publisher Ankama, showed a stable revenue trend, with earnings fluctuating between $18K and $26K weekly. Downloads had a notable peak in mid-March, reaching nearly 3K, while weekly active users (WAUs) showed an upward trajectory, ending the quarter at approximately 17K.

The German-developed Albion Online experienced more modest revenue, ranging from $1K to $2K weekly. Downloads peaked at over 2K in early January but dipped to around 900 in early March. WAUs saw a slight decline from 3K to 2.8K over the quarter.

Diablo Immortal, from Blizzard Entertainment, had the highest revenue among the top five, with notable spikes up to $31K. Downloads remained relatively steady, with a slight decrease to under 600 by the end of the quarter. WAUs started at about 21K and decreased marginally to 17K.

The Legend of Neverland saw its revenue drop from $12K to under $2K by the quarter's close. Downloads and WAUs both followed a downward trend, with downloads falling to just under 300 and WAUs decreasing to around 3.3K.

Lastly, Dragon Trail 2: Fantasy World by publisher 4399TH, exhibited a declining revenue pattern, closing the quarter at approximately $6.7K. Downloads remained below 400, and WAUs were consistent, with a slight increase to over 1.5K.
