In the third quarter of 2023, the top entertainment apps on the Android platform in Latvia showcased varied performance trends in terms of downloads and revenue. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Go3 Latvia exhibited a notable increase in weekly downloads. Starting from around 724 downloads in late June, the app saw a peak of approximately 3.4K downloads in early September. Although the weekly downloads slightly decreased to 891 by the end of September, the app maintained a strong presence in the market. Despite the high download numbers, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

TV3 Play Latvija experienced a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 425 in late June and peaking at 1K in late August. The downloads then tapered off to around 491 by the end of September. Similar to Go3 Latvia, this app did not report any revenue during the quarter.

YouTube Kids maintained a steady weekly download range between 500 and 700 throughout the quarter, with a slight peak of 824 downloads in late August. The app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Disney+ showed consistent weekly downloads, fluctuating between 300 and 600. The app's revenue remained relatively stable, averaging around $700 to $900 per week, with a notable peak of approximately $1K in late June.

IPTV Smart Player had an interesting trajectory in weekly downloads. After an initial surge to about 3.3K downloads in late July, the numbers significantly dropped, fluctuating between 79 and 297 downloads towards the end of September. Revenue for this app was modest, peaking at around $18 in mid-September.
