Top 5 iOS Entertainment Apps in Greece for Q2 2023

In the second quarter of 2023, the top five entertainment apps on iOS in Greece showcased diverse performance trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared.

TikTok experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $56K in late March and early April, before seeing a dip to around $34K in mid-June. Weekly downloads also varied, with the highest being around 10.6K in late March and a notable increase to 9.4K by the end of June. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 269K to 293K, with a peak at the end of June.

Netflix saw weekly revenue ranging from $7.5K to $9.8K, with a slight peak in early April. Downloads fluctuated between 2.2K and 3.4K, showing a general upward trend in early April. Active users saw a steady increase from 64.8K in late March to about 77.7K in mid-April, ending the quarter at approximately 72K.

Disney+ had a notable spike in revenue, particularly in mid-June, reaching around $33K. Downloads were relatively consistent, ranging from 1.4K to 2K, with a slight peak in mid-April. Active users remained stable, fluctuating around 32K to 35K throughout the quarter.

OPAP Store, despite having no revenue data, showed download numbers ranging from 966 to 1998, with a notable peak in late April. Active user data was not provided.

COSMOTE TV also had no revenue data, but downloads varied significantly, peaking at 2K in late April and dipping to around 473 in mid-June.
