During the first quarter of 2023, the top entertainment apps on the Android platform in Lebanon showcased varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these apps based on Sensor Tower data.

• ﺷﺎﻫﺪ - Shahid from MBC Group experienced significant growth in weekly revenue, starting from around $530 and peaking at approximately $3.1K by the end of March. Weekly downloads saw a remarkable spike, especially in the last two weeks of March, reaching over 34K. Active users also showed a substantial increase, rising from 24.5K at the beginning of January to nearly 75K by the end of the quarter.

• YouTube Kids by Google LLC maintained a consistent download rate, averaging between 5.7K and 8.5K weekly downloads. Active users were stable throughout the quarter, fluctuating around 130K to 137K.

• ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live, published by Naver Z Corporation, showed modest revenue with occasional peaks around $5 to $7. The app saw a notable increase in downloads in early January, with a peak of about 12.5K, and then fluctuated between 779 and 7.2K.
