In the first quarter of 2023, the top five entertainment apps on the Android platform in Panama demonstrated varied performance trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers a detailed look at the dynamics of these apps over the quarter.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies saw a peak in weekly revenue in the second week of January, reaching around $3.4K. Its weekly downloads reached a high of approximately 5.5K in mid-January, while weekly active users increased steadily from 112K at the start of the quarter to around 128K by the end of March.

Disney+ experienced a growth in weekly revenue, peaking at about $2.5K in the last week of March. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a high of roughly 5.1K at the end of January. Meanwhile, weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at 103K and ending the quarter at about 98K.

Crunchyroll showed an upward trend in weekly revenue, reaching up to $1.9K in the final week of March. Weekly downloads peaked at 3.8K in late January, and weekly active users increased from around 28K at the beginning of the quarter to approximately 33K by mid-March.

Star+ also saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at nearly $1.5K in mid-March. Weekly downloads hit their highest point at around 2.9K in mid-February, while weekly active users showed a general upward trend, starting at 27K and closing the quarter at about 30K.

Paramount+ had a peak in weekly revenue of approximately $1.4K at the end of March. Downloads reached their highest at around 7.4K in early January, while weekly active users saw growth from about 11K at the start of the quarter to 13K by mid-March.
