During the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 MMORPG applications in Australia saw varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each app fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Diablo Immortal by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. experienced a decline in weekly revenue, starting at roughly $125K at the end of June and dropping to around $80K by the end of September. Weekly downloads saw a decrease from 7.9K to 3.5K over the same period. Active users also followed a downward trend, from over 53K in late June to about 32K by the end of September.

The Legend of Neverland from Ark Games, which released mid-July, showed an increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $8K in mid-September. However, weekly downloads dropped significantly from 11.6K in early September to just over 2K by the end of the month. Active users also declined from nearly 9.6K to about 3.2K over the same period.

Lost Sanctuary: Eternal Origin by EYOU TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, released in mid-July, saw its highest weekly revenue of approximately $5.7K at the beginning of August, but this number decreased to around $858 by the end of September. Weekly downloads were highest in early August at nearly 9K but dropped to negligible figures by late September.

Albion Online from Sandbox Interactive GmbH showed relatively stable weekly revenue, hovering around $1.8K throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads also maintained a steady but low rate, starting at 918 and ending at 460. Active users saw a gradual decline from nearly 2K to around 1.3K.

School of Dragons by Knowledge Adventure experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at about $3K at the beginning of August and settling at around $2.2K by the end of September. Weekly downloads showed an upward trend in September, reaching about 1.6K. Similarly, active users increased from around 3.7K in late June to over 6K by the end of September.
