In Q3 2022, the top five entertainment apps on iOS in Qatar showcased notable trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

TikTok saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $166K in the week of August 29. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 6.7K in late July, and weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 350K throughout the quarter.

Netflix experienced a mixed performance. Weekly revenue varied, peaking at approximately $6.4K in the last week of September. Downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 1.9K in late June and dropping to 1.2K by late September. Active users also saw a gradual decline from 48.9K to around 43.2K.

Disney+ had notable spikes in weekly revenue, particularly in early September with a peak of about $10.2K. Downloads, however, decreased from 1.9K in late June to 905 in late September. Active users were more stable, peaking at 7.5K in late August.

WePlay (ويبلاي) - Game & Chat showed significant fluctuations in revenue, with a peak of approximately $13.8K in late August and again in late September. Downloads decreased dramatically from 1.3K in early July to 340 by the end of September. Active users also saw a decline, from 5.7K in late June to 4K by the end of the quarter.

YouTube Kids maintained a steady performance in terms of active users, starting at 13.9K in late June and increasing to approximately 16.7K by the end of September. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, averaging around 700 throughout the quarter.
