In the second quarter of 2022, the top entertainment apps on iOS in Cyprus demonstrated diverse trends in their weekly downloads and revenue, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the performance of the leading five apps in this category.

TikTok from TikTok Ltd. saw fluctuations in both revenue and downloads. Weekly revenue started at approximately $5.2K at the end of March and ended at around $2.9K in the last week of June. Downloads were relatively stable, with a slight decline from 1.2K at the beginning of April to about 954 in the final week of June.

Netflix by Netflix, Inc. experienced a more consistent performance. Weekly revenue varied from $1.5K to $2.3K, peaking mid-April. Downloads ranged from 399 to 719, with a noticeable increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 561 in the last week of June.

Trovo - Live Stream & Games by TLive LLC had modest revenue figures, generally staying below $562 throughout the quarter. Downloads remained low but steady, peaking at 61 in mid-June and then dropping slightly to 37 by the end of the month.

Amazon Prime Video from AMZN Mobile LLC showed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 51 in late March and peaking at 201 in mid-June. Revenue also saw slight growth, beginning at $125 and reaching a high of $199 in the same period.

Lastly, VeVe Collectibles from ECOMI Technology PTE Ltd had the least activity among the top apps. Revenue was sporadic, with a peak of $166 in late April, while downloads remained minimal, never exceeding 12 per week.
