In Q2 2022, the performance of the top 5 entertainment apps on the Android platform in Madagascar showcased interesting trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Data from Sensor Tower reveals key insights into how these apps fared during this period.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies experienced fluctuations in both downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads peaked at 55 in the week of April 25 but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, dropping to 13 by the week of June 27. Revenue, however, showed a more stable trend with slight variations, peaking at $583 in the week of April 25 and maintaining figures around $400-$500 for most weeks. Active users increased steadily, starting from 45 in late March and growing to 129 by the end of June.

Twitch: Live Streaming saw a significant number of active users, consistently ranging around 2K throughout the quarter.
