Top 5 Entertainment Apps on Android in Lebanon, Q1 2022

The first quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends among the top five entertainment apps on the Android platform in Lebanon. Below, we break down the performance of each app in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Ahlan-Group Voice Chat Room experienced a noticeable peak in weekly revenue, hitting approximately $3.7K in mid-January. Downloads fluctuated but remained relatively stable, with a high of 1.1K in the last week of February. Active users saw a slight decline from 5.5K at the beginning of the quarter to about 5.2K by the end.

OSN+ maintained a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with a peak of 321 downloads in the first week of January. Revenue saw a modest increase, reaching $265 in the last week of February. Active users, however, showed a downward trend, starting at 6.6K at the beginning of January and dropping to approximately 5K by the end of March.

ﺷﺎﻫﺪ - Shahid showed strong performance in terms of downloads, peaking at 7.1K in the final week of March. Revenue steadily increased, reaching $206 in mid-March. Active users also saw an upward trend, growing from 21.5K at the start of the quarter to 27.5K by the end.

Busaa saw a surge in downloads in late February, reaching 328 downloads in the week of February 28. Revenue was relatively low but peaked at $177 in mid-January. Active users saw a peak of 201 in early March before declining to 38 by the end of the quarter.

SoulFa -Voice Chat Room & Ludo experienced significant growth in downloads, peaking at 852 in the third week of March. Revenue also saw a sharp increase, reaching $282 in mid-March. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 616 in the same week.
