During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 MMORPG applications on the Android platform in Australia showcased varying trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Demon God from Dreamstar Network Limited saw its weekly revenue peak at approximately $5.2K in mid-October before gradually declining to around $1.5K by the end of December. Weekly downloads followed a similar trajectory, starting at nearly 4K in mid-October and dropping to just under 200 by the end of the quarter. Active users also decreased, from a high of 2.4K in mid-October to around 300 by the end of December.

Albion Online by Sandbox Interactive GmbH experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at about $1.3K in the final week of December. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a low of around 300 in mid-November, but saw a sharp increase to approximately 870 in the last week of December. Active users dropped from 1.9K at the start of the quarter to around 1K in mid-December but rebounded to 1.6K by the end of the quarter.

Sprite Fantasia - MMORPG from X-Legend Entertainment Co., Ltd., showed a decline in weekly revenue from a peak of $2.4K in late October to about $55 by the end of December. Weekly downloads also dropped significantly from over 3K in mid-October to just 4 by the end of the quarter. Similarly, active users decreased from 2.3K to 47 over the same period.

Dark Nemesis: Infinite Quest by Nuverse saw a sharp decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $2.9K in mid-October and dropping to around $126 by the end of December. Weekly downloads also decreased from about 800 in late October to zero by mid-December. Active users followed this declining trend, dropping from 1.1K in late October to around 80 by the end of December.

School of Dragons from JumpStart Games reported steady weekly revenue, peaking at around $613 in the last week of December. Weekly downloads showed some fluctuation but ended the quarter with approximately 202 downloads. Active users saw a gradual decline from 2.5K at the start of the quarter to around 1.3K by the end of December.
