During the second quarter of 2021, the top 5 MMORPG applications in Central America demonstrated notable trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

GEM-X from EYOUGAME(US) saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, starting at $335 and peaking at approximately $2.2K by the end of June. Weekly downloads began strong with over 13K in the last week of April, peaking at 16.7K in early May, and then gradually declined to around 10.3K by the end of June. The app also maintained a healthy number of weekly active users, increasing from 8K to a peak of about 13.8K in late June.

Dragonicle: 2024 Fantasy RPG by X-Legend Entertainment Co., Ltd. experienced an early surge in weekly downloads, reaching nearly 31K in mid-April, but saw a dramatic decline to just 225 by the end of June. Correspondingly, weekly revenue dropped from $1.3K in mid-April to around $169 by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users also followed a similar declining trend, decreasing from 27.5K in mid-April to about 2.2K by the end of June.

Albion Online, published by Sandbox Interactive GmbH, launched in early June and quickly gained traction with weekly downloads starting at 23.5K and stabilizing around 13.9K by the end of the month. Revenue also saw a steady climb, beginning at $712 and reaching approximately $1.4K by the end of June. The app maintained a strong active user base, starting at 20.1K and ending with around 14.6K active users.
