During the second quarter of 2021, the top entertainment apps on iOS in El Salvador showcased varied performance trends, as captured by Sensor Tower.

Disney+ saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $2.7K in mid-May. Weekly downloads rose gradually, reaching over 1K in early June, while weekly active users climbed from approximately 8.8K at the start of April to over 10.5K by mid-June.

Amazon Prime Video experienced stable weekly revenue, generally ranging between $1.1K and $1.4K, with a peak in mid-June. Download numbers were relatively consistent, hovering around the 500 mark, while active users steadily increased from about 6K at the beginning of April to nearly 7K by the end of June.

Netflix maintained a consistent revenue stream, with weekly figures mostly between $900 and $1.3K. Downloads showed a positive trend, peaking at over 1.5K in mid-June. Active users remained strong, consistently above 62K, reaching a high of 66.5K by the end of the quarter.

HBO GO ® exhibited fluctuating revenue trends, starting at approximately $879 and dropping significantly to $37 by the end of June. Weekly downloads and active users followed a downward trend, with downloads plummeting from over 200 to just 17, and active users decreasing from 852 to 537 over the quarter.

Crunchyroll showed stable revenue with a peak of about $521 in early May. Downloads were mostly stable, averaging around 240, and active users steadily increased from just over 2K to about 2.2K by the end of June.
