Information We Collect

Like most website operators, Pathmatics collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Pathmatics' purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Pathmatics' visitors use its website. From time to time, Pathmatics may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Pathmatics also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Pathmatics only discloses IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to Pathmatics' websites choose to interact with Pathmatics in ways that require Pathmatics to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Pathmatics gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Those who are subscribers to Pathmatics' services for example must provide their full names, e-mail addresses, login names, and passwords. Pathmatics does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We generally discard information about you when it’s no longer needed for the purposes for which we collect and use it — described in the section above on How Is Your Information Used — and we’re not legally required to keep it.
