Top Grossing Sports Apps Worldwide for Q2 2019

See the top grossing sports apps worldwide for Q2 2019 according to Sensor Tower data.

The top grossing sports app worldwide for Q2 2019 was DAZN with more than $26.7 million in user spending, which represented 8x growth from Q2 2018. Approximately 39 percent of DAZN’s revenue was from the United States, followed by 24 percent from Japan and 13 percent from Italy. The full ranking of the top grossing sports apps for Q2 2019 is above. App revenue estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.

ESPN was the second highest earning sports app worldwide for Q2 2019 with close to $14 million in gross revenue, which represented 6.6x year-over-year growth from Q2 2018. The majority of ESPN’s revenue was from the U.S. at 99.5 percent. The next top grossing app was MLB At Bat, followed by NBA and onX Hunt.
