As the second quarter of 2023 draws to a close, Sensor Tower has compiled data on the top five tabletop board game applications for Android in the United States. This overview provides insights into the apps' downloads, revenue, and active user trends.

Chess - Play and Learn by Chess.com experienced a fluctuating pattern in revenue, peaking at around $86k in the last week of March and dipping to approximately $71k by the end of May. Downloads for the app saw a significant spike in early April with around 81k downloads but gradually decreased to about 22k by late June. Weekly active users showed a downward trend from around 1 million at the end of March to approximately 829k by the end of June.

Playvalve's Yatzy - Fun Classic Dice Game showed a more stable revenue pattern, starting at around $16k and reaching up to $22k by the end of June. Downloads peaked in mid-June with over 35k but generally hovered around the mid-20k range. The game's weekly active users increased over the quarter, starting at around 54k and growing to about 91k.

GamoVation's Chess - Offline Board Game showed modest revenue figures, with the highest weekly revenue reaching nearly $700. Downloads remained consistent, ranging from around 17k to 20k throughout the quarter. Active users saw a slight increase from approximately 47k in late March to around 47k by the end of June.

Scopely's YAHTZEE With Buddies Dice Game led the revenue charts among the apps, maintaining figures above $300k each week, peaking at $356k in late March. Downloads for YAHTZEE saw a gradual increase, with numbers rising from around 18k to over 21k by late June. The app's active users remained above 200k throughout the quarter, ending with around 222k in the final week of June.

Lastly, Ludo King™ by Gametion Global had the lowest revenue among the top apps, with weekly revenue figures fluctuating below $500. The game's downloads showed an upward trend, peaking at nearly 21k by late June, while weekly active users saw a modest increase from around 15k to approximately 16k.
