Q1 2023 Performance of Top Idler Games on iOS in Europe

As the first quarter of 2023 comes to a close, we take a look at the performance of the top idler games on iOS in Europe. Sensor Tower's data offers us a glimpse into the trends of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these addictive games.

Gold and Goblins: Idle Games, published by AppQuantum Publishing Ltd, has seen a significant drop in weekly revenue, starting the quarter at around $120k and ending at approximately $63k. The game experienced a sharp decline in downloads as well, from about 47k in late December to roughly 14k by the end of March. Weekly active users followed a similar downward trend from around 159k to just over 90k.

Idle Mafia by DianDian Interactive Holding showed more stability in revenue, with a slight increase from around $49k to $48k over the quarter. Downloads peaked mid-March at around 11k, while weekly active users saw an overall increase from approximately 57k to 61k.

From Kolibri Games GmbH, Idle Miner Tycoon: Money Games showed mixed results. Revenue fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending at around $29k, while downloads saw a high in February at over 42k. The weekly active users experienced a slight decline from around 813k to 721k.

Eatventure, published by Lessmore UG, displayed impressive growth in revenue from approximately $17k to $37k. Downloads peaked in late February at nearly 117k, while weekly active users saw a steady increase, ending the quarter at around 101k.

Lastly, The Office: Somehow We Manage by Eastside Games maintained a relatively stable revenue, with a slight increase to $18k. Downloads remained steady with a slight decrease from 6k to 3.5k, and weekly active users showed a minor drop from around 11k to 9.8k.
