In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of the top utilities applications on a unified platform in Oman showcased varied trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

VPNIFY - Unlimited VPN demonstrated a significant increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $734 in early September. The app's weekly downloads began strongly at over 12K, but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, reaching around 3.3K. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from about 71.6K to 33.9K.

The ROP - Royal Oman Police app maintained a steady download rate with a notable spike in early September, reaching 17.1K downloads. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at 282.6K before settling at 265.4K.

Google experienced modest weekly revenue, with a maximum of $22. Downloads remained stable, ranging between 4.5K and 5.6K. Active users were consistently high, averaging around 1.5M throughout the quarter.

Google Chrome showed consistent weekly downloads, starting at approximately 3K and increasing to 5K by the end of September. Active users remained robust, hovering around 1.5M.

Finally, Sooq Cars - سوق كارز saw a steady download pattern, with a peak of 8.1K in late August. Active users increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching nearly 198.5K.
