In the third quarter of 2025, the top shopping applications on iOS in the Netherlands showcased varying trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Lidl Plus saw a noticeable increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 14.6K and peaking at around 22.7K by mid-September. The app maintained a robust number of weekly active users, beginning at about 1M and reaching a peak of nearly 1.2M towards the end of the quarter.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire experienced a steady trend in downloads, fluctuating between 12.8K and 18.7K weekly. Active users showed a gradual rise from 1.3M to 1.6M, demonstrating consistent engagement throughout the quarter.

Albert Heijn supermarkt maintained an upward trajectory in downloads, reaching a high of about 14K by the end of September. Weekly active users also increased slightly over the quarter, starting at roughly 1.9M and peaking at over 2M.

The performance of SHEIN - Shopping Online showed a variable pattern in downloads, starting at 13.9K and dipping mid-quarter before rising again to about 10.1K. Active users decreased initially but stabilized around 570K towards the end of September.

IKEA had a peak in downloads early in August, reaching about 14K, before stabilizing around 7K. Active users peaked at over 200K in late July but saw fluctuations, ending the quarter with around 180K.
