In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top utilities applications on a unified platform in South America showcased notable trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated varying levels of growth in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Google experienced a significant increase in weekly revenue, starting at around $657 in early April and peaking at approximately $1.4K by the end of June. Weekly downloads remained robust, fluctuating between 181K and 213K, while weekly active users steadily increased from 271M to 276M.

gov.br saw a surge in weekly downloads, with numbers reaching up to 1.4M in late May. Although revenue data was not available, weekly active users peaked at over 25M in late May before settling at approximately 18M by the end of the quarter.
