In the second quarter of 2025, several utilities applications demonstrated notable performance trends on a unified platform in Qatar. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the weekly downloads and active users of these apps.

METRASH showed a strong download trajectory, peaking at around 42.4K weekly downloads in late April. However, a decline was observed towards the end of the quarter, with downloads dropping to approximately 28.9K. The app's weekly active users surged early in the quarter, reaching a high of about 252.2K by late April, before stabilizing around 230.5K by the end of June.

Google maintained consistent weekly downloads, ranging from 3.9K to 6.3K. Revenue exhibited minor fluctuations, with a notable peak of $89 in late June. Active user numbers remained robust, exceeding 1.2M throughout the quarter, indicating a steady user base.

QDI experienced a peak in downloads in mid-April with approximately 12.7K downloads, followed by a decline to around 5.4K by the end of June. Active users saw a dip mid-quarter but rebounded to about 41.8K by quarter-end.

Google Chrome downloads remained steady throughout the quarter, fluctuating slightly between 2.7K and 3.3K weekly. Its active user base consistently hovered around 1.3M, reflecting strong engagement.

My Vodafone (Qatar) displayed a stable download pattern, peaking at 9.5K in late April. Active users initially decreased but ended the quarter at about 273K, demonstrating a recovery in user engagement.
