In the second quarter of 2025, the gov.br app showed impressive performance in Brazil. Weekly downloads peaked at approximately 1.36M by the end of May, with active users reaching a high of 25.6M in the same week. Despite fluctuations, downloads ranged between 722K to 1.03M, while active users varied from 15.3M to 19.4M throughout the quarter.

Google maintained a consistent presence with weekly downloads fluctuating around 98K to 118K. Revenue saw a gradual increase, ending the quarter at around $939, and active users steadily rose from 150.7M to 153.2M.

The Carteira de Trabalho Digital app experienced a decrease in weekly downloads from 608K to around 400K by the end of June. Active users showed a slight drop, closing the quarter at approximately 14.8M.

For Receita Federal, weekly downloads varied significantly, peaking at 811K in late May. Active users reached a high of 4.8M in the same period but ended the quarter at 2M.
