The second quarter of 2025 witnessed interesting trends in the performance of the top utilities applications in Australia. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads, active users, and revenue for these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

myGov from Services Australia experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 67.6K and peaking at 126.2K by the end of June. The app’s weekly active users also saw a remarkable increase, climbing from 1.2M to 2.5M over the quarter.
