In the second quarter of 2025, the utilities app market in the United Arab Emirates witnessed varied performance trends across the top five applications. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, offers valuable insights into downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

ExpressVPN · Secure & Fast VPN from Express VPN showed a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $33K by the end of June. Weekly downloads began with a high of 8.5K in mid-April but tapered off to about 4.7K by the end of the quarter. On the other hand, active users saw a steady climb, reaching nearly 146K by June 30.

Who: True Caller ID Lookup from RD LABS LLC experienced a notable rise in weekly revenue, culminating at around $27K in late June. Downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, with a peak of 3.8K in early May. Active users increased gradually, ending the quarter at approximately 16K.
