In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top five news applications on the unified platform in the Middle East showed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. This data, provided by Sensor Tower, gives insight into the market dynamics of these popular apps.

X from X Corp. displayed a fluctuating revenue trend throughout the quarter, peaking at approximately $295K in late April. Weekly downloads varied, with a high of around 135K at the end of March, while active users consistently hovered around 18M, experiencing a slight decline towards the end of June.

The Israel Home Front Command app saw a significant increase in downloads, particularly in mid-June, reaching about 53K. Active users surged dramatically from approximately 148K in late March to over 921K by mid-June.
