Top 5 iOS Utilities Apps in Qatar: Q2 2025 Performance

The second quarter of 2025 saw significant activity among the top utilities applications on the iOS platform in Qatar. Here, we delve into the performance of the leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

METRASH from the Ministry of Interior - Qatar experienced a notable journey in weekly downloads. Starting at around 14.7K at the end of March, downloads peaked at 23.5K in late April, before gradually decreasing to approximately 9.5K by the end of June. Active users showed a similar trend, beginning the quarter at 24.1K and reaching a high of 125.2K in late April, then stabilizing around 101.5K by the end of June.

Google maintained a steady performance throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads started at 3.5K and gradually increased to 5K by the end of June. The app's active users remained consistently above 110K, peaking at 115.8K in late June. Revenue fluctuated slightly, with a peak of $89 in the week of June 23.

QDI saw a varied trend in downloads, starting at 1.5K and peaking at 5.7K in mid-May. Active users began at 16.9K, dipped to 7.7K in late May, and then recovered to 15.5K by the end of June.

Google Chrome observed stable download numbers, starting at 2.1K and seeing a slight rise to 2.5K in early May. Active users remained steady, fluctuating slightly but staying around 116K to 118K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, My Vodafone (Qatar) experienced fluctuations in downloads, starting at 1.7K, peaking at 2.7K in late April, and ending around 1.6K. Active users showed a variable pattern, beginning at 53.7K, dipping to 40.6K in late April, and rising again to 52.3K by the end of June.
