Hastings Direct Insurance maintained a consistent download rate, peaking at around 23K downloads in the first week of April and stabilizing at approximately 21K by the end of June. Active users showed a notable upward trend, increasing from 211K in early April to over 313K by the end of June.
The TK-App experienced fluctuations in downloads, starting at 17K and dropping to 10K by mid-June. However, its active user base remained strong, reaching a high of 555K in early June, before settling at 450K at the end of the quarter.
