In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top parenting apps on the Android platform in Kenya revealed interesting trends. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, highlights the weekly downloads and active user statistics of these applications.

SemLog from SemLog Soft LLC experienced a decline in both weekly downloads and active users over the quarter. Downloads started at approximately 5.9K in early April, dropping significantly to around 394 by late June. Similarly, active users decreased from 5.2K to 1.7K over the same period. Revenue peaked at $532 in the first week of April, with a gradual decline to $199 by the end of June.

Locate Mobile by Number saw a notable increase in downloads, particularly in mid-June, reaching 4.3K. Active users also rose from 1.2K in March to over 5.3K by late June, indicating growing engagement despite no revenue generation.

Pregnancy and Due Date Tracker from Wachanga showed a steady rise in downloads, culminating at 3.4K in the last week of June. Active users increased from 19.5K in March to 28.3K by the end of the quarter. Revenue remained minimal, peaking at $29 in early June.

Baby Domi-Kids Music& Rhymes experienced fluctuations in downloads, with a high of 2K in early May before declining to 95 by the end of June. Despite no revenue data, the app maintained a presence in the market.

Finally, Pregnancy Tracker, Maternity showed variability in downloads, which peaked at 1.6K in late June. Active users displayed a similar trend, starting at 1.3K in March and ending at 2.3K.
