Top 5 MMORPGs on Android in Romania: Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the Romanian Android market for MMORPGs saw intriguing trends among the top five applications. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides a closer look at their performance.

ATHENA:Blood Twins by Efun Game Ltd. experienced a notable surge in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $2.7K in mid-May before a gradual decline to $1.4K by the end of June. Downloads started strong at 5.4K in early May but dwindled significantly to just over 100 by the quarter's end. The app's active user base followed a similar downward trajectory, starting at 3.5K and concluding at around 400.

Star Equestrian - Horse Ranch from Foxie Ventures maintained a consistent performance in downloads, ranging from 400 to 1K weekly. Active users showed a steady climb, peaking at 6.6K in mid-May, and stabilizing around 5.5K by late June. Revenue, however, remained negligible throughout the quarter.

ODIN:VALHALLA RISING by Kakao Games Corp. initially garnered high revenue, reaching $3.1K in early May, but saw a decline to $635 by the end of June. Downloads and active users showed a steep drop, with downloads falling from 3.7K to just 43, and active users decreasing from 2.5K to under 200.

MU Immortal, published by Kingnet Technology Limited, showed a robust increase in revenue, peaking at $5.5K in early June and maintaining levels above $4K through the quarter. Downloads began at 1.4K, gradually decreasing to 334. Unfortunately, data on active users was unavailable.

MU: Dark Epoch from 37GAMES displayed consistent revenue performance, fluctuating between $2.5K and $3.9K. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable at a few hundred, while active users saw a slight decline from 3.8K to 3.1K by the quarter's end.
