In the second quarter of 2025, the top lifestyle applications on the Android platform in Kenya showed interesting trends in downloads and active user engagement. Here's a closer look at the performance of these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

My Airtel by Airtel Africa experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at 31.5K and dipping to 20.2K mid-quarter before rebounding to 37.2K by the end of June. Active users ranged from approximately 952K to a peak of 1.17M, indicating robust engagement.

MySafaricom maintained a steady download rate, hovering around 23K weekly. Active users displayed a slight decline from 4.16M to 3.93M, yet the app continued to engage a large user base.

Pinterest saw a decrease in weekly downloads from 21.7K to 14K, while active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 488K and 502K.

Glovo: Food & Grocery Delivery downloads started at 15.2K, dropping to a low of 6.6K, and then stabilizing around 8.7K. Active users showed consistent engagement, with numbers ranging from 280K to 303K.
