In the second quarter of 2025, Costa Rica's Android insurance app market saw varied performance among its top applications. According to Sensor Tower data, we dive into the weekly trends of downloads, revenue, and active users.

INS Móvil from Instituto Nacional de Seguros showed a consistent pattern in weekly downloads. Starting at approximately 900 downloads in early April, the app peaked at 1.3K downloads in late June, indicating a gradual upward trend.

Club MediSmart, published by Baum Digital, experienced fluctuations in downloads, beginning with 326 in the first week of April and reaching a high of 592 in mid-May. The numbers then settled around the mid-300s by the end of June.

Unity, from UnitySeguros, maintained a steady download rate, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. Starting with 62 downloads, the app reached 117 downloads in the final week of June.
