In the first quarter of 2025, Brazil's top news applications displayed varied performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and active users on a unified platform, according to Sensor Tower data.

X from X Corp. showed a notable revenue increase, peaking at approximately $37.4K in mid-February. Downloads fluctuated, starting strong at 148.8K in early January and spiking again to 183.2K in late March. Active users remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations, ending the quarter at around 15.2M.

The Reddit app experienced a steady download increase, reaching 56.1K by the end of March. Revenue was modest, hovering around $300 weekly, while active users slightly increased, finishing the quarter at approximately 2.4M.

Substack saw a substantial increase in active users, peaking at 89.4K. Downloads were more volatile, with a significant spike to 28.6K in mid-January. Revenue showed a gradual rise, ending at $60 by early March.

Bolsa Família 2025 - Auxílio experienced fluctuating downloads, with a high of 44.6K in early January. Active users peaked at 86K but saw a slight drop towards the end of the quarter. Revenue remained low throughout.
