In the first quarter of 2025, the top shopping apps on Android in Colombia showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire started the quarter with a high download rate of approximately 401K in early January. However, downloads gradually decreased, reaching around 198K by the end of March. The app maintained a strong base of weekly active users, fluctuating between 7.1M and 8.3M throughout the quarter.

SHEIN-Shopping Online experienced a peak in downloads at about 267K in the first week of January, followed by a steady decline, leveling off to around 139K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed a consistent increase, growing from 5.2M to 6.9M over the quarter.

Mercado Libre: Compras online saw a consistent download rate, starting at 62K and peaking at about 87K mid-January before stabilizing around 67K towards the end of March. Active users remained robust, with numbers ranging from 7.2M to 7.8M.

Mi Promo Cencosud experienced a surge in downloads, peaking at approximately 49K in mid-February, before dropping to 16K by the end of March. Active users showed a steady rise, reaching a high of 283K in late February, then settling around 237K by the end of the quarter.

AliExpress - Shopping App began the quarter with modest download numbers of 14K but saw a significant increase, peaking at 68K in early March. Active users similarly rose from 2.2M in early January to approximately 2.5M by mid-March.
