In the first quarter of 2025, the top apparel apps on the Android platform in Europe exhibited noteworthy trends in downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.
SHEIN-Shopping Online saw a consistent level of weekly downloads, starting with approximately 399K in early January and peaking at nearly 494K mid-month. By the end of March, downloads stabilized around 415K. The app maintained a strong active user base, increasing from around 35.8M to 39.5M throughout the quarter.
Zalando – online fashion store experienced a gradual decline in downloads, beginning at about 129K in early January and ending at 82K in March. Active users fluctuated, starting at 11.9M and reaching a high of 13.1M in early March, before ending the quarter at 11.9M.
Zara downloads decreased from 165K at the start of January to 89K by the end of March. The active user count followed a similar pattern, starting at 3.9M and slowly decreasing to around 3.1M by the end of the quarter.
H&M displayed a downward trend in downloads, with numbers dropping from 109K to 88K over the quarter. However, active users showed resilience, starting at 4.9M and closing the quarter at 4.7M, after reaching a peak of 4.5M in early March.
Trendyolmilla saw variable download numbers, beginning at 61K, peaking at 108K in mid-March, and ending at 63K. Active users grew from 2.6M to a peak of 3.6M in March, before settling at 2.8M by the end of the quarter.
