Top 5 Utilities Apps in Hungary Q4 2024 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top utilities applications in Hungary demonstrated varied performance across downloads and active users, with data sourced from Sensor Tower.

Google Authenticator saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting at around 9.3K at the beginning of October and peaking at approximately 50.2K by the end of December. Active users also increased notably from 191K to 416K over the same period.

Google maintained a steady number of active users, ranging between 4.8M to over 5M, despite a decrease in downloads from 11.1K in mid-October to about 6.1K at the end of December.

NISZ Hitelesítő experienced a dramatic increase in downloads, starting at 3.9K in early October and reaching nearly 39.8K by the end of December. Active users mirrored this growth, rising from 20K to 133K.

Google Chrome had a consistent user base with active users hovering around 5.5M. Weekly downloads showed a slight uptick towards the end of the quarter, with numbers climbing from about 5.9K to 11.5K.

Finally, Telekom alkalmazás observed fluctuating downloads, starting at 9.9K, peaking at 11K in early December, and then settling at 8.2K by the end of the month. Active users initially decreased but recovered to 626K by the end of December.
