Top Utilities Apps Performance in Bulgaria Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top utilities applications in Bulgaria showed varied performance on the unified platform. Here’s a closer look at the trends for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google exhibited a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 5.9K at the beginning of the quarter and settling around 4.5K by the end. The app's active user base, however, remained robust, fluctuating slightly but maintaining a strong presence of over 3M users weekly.

Google Chrome saw a noticeable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 7.4K in late December. Active users remained stable, consistently hovering around 3.3M, demonstrating a steady engagement level.

My VIVACOM experienced a significant rise in downloads, reaching a peak of 9.8K in the final week of the quarter. Weekly active users showed a fluctuating trend, ending the quarter with approximately 143K.

My A1 maintained a consistent download rate, with a peak of 9.1K in early December. Active users increased gradually, culminating at about 142K by the end of the quarter.

Yettel BG had a steady download performance, with a slight peak of 6.3K in early December. Active users showed an upward trend, reaching over 218K mid-quarter before slightly tapering off towards the end.
