Top Utilities Apps Performance in Belgium Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of the top utilities applications on a unified platform in Belgium showcased varying trends in downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

My bpost from bpost started the quarter with 34.8K downloads, experiencing fluctuations but ultimately stabilizing around 17.9K by the end of December. The application also maintained a strong presence with weekly active users climbing from 842K to a peak of approximately 1.25M before ending the quarter at 952K.

Google experienced consistent weekly downloads, starting at 13.7K and slightly decreasing to around 10.2K. The active user base remained robust, fluctuating around 6M throughout the quarter.

Google Chrome saw a steady increase in downloads, beginning at 10.1K and reaching 12.6K by the end of December. Meanwhile, active users hovered around 6.2M, with minor variations.

The ENGIE Smart App from Electrabel showed a notable spike in downloads, peaking at 44.5K mid-quarter before settling at 9.8K. Active users increased steadily, surpassing 270K at the peak before closing the quarter at 225K.

itsme observed a downward trend in downloads from 16.7K to 16.3K, with active users fluctuating around the 3.5M mark, ending at about 3.3M.
