myGov from Services Australia experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking at around 70.5K in late October. Active users initially increased from 1.09M to 1.35M by mid-October before seeing a decline towards the end of the quarter, settling at approximately 921K.

Google maintained a consistent download rate, with numbers hovering around 30K to 35K weekly. Active users demonstrated a gradual increase, reaching a high of 12.8M by late December.
