In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top news applications in Lebanon exhibited diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a detailed look at each app's performance based on Sensor Tower data.

X from X Corp. saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $3.4K by late November. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with an initial high of approximately 16.4K, tapering to about 9.3K by the end of December. Active users remained robust, peaking at over 583K in late November.

Al Jadeed experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 7.2K and dropping to around 1.3K by the end of the quarter. Active users also decreased, with the highest count at the beginning of the quarter at about 7.8K, falling to 2.8K by year-end.

mtv Al Lubnaniya showed a consistent decline in downloads, from 6.5K in early October to approximately 1.5K in December. The active user base also declined from about 72.9K to 46.5K over the same period.
